Becky prepares the high-vibrational meals that support each workshop, event, and retreat. Alongside her gift for conscious nourishment, she also works energetically to hold space for others—helping create the grounded environments where transformation can unfold.

Lorene provides both the physical space and the energetic foundation for many of Angela’s retreats and events. She prepares high-vibrational meals, offers her gift of holding space for others, and helps create the grounded environments where transformation becomes possible.

MUSIC DIRECTOR

Alexia is a world-renowned musician and serves as Music Director. She works closely with Angela to shape the sound of each offering with precision and artistry, bringing her own depth and mastery to the Frequency of Awakening.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Whitney supports Angela and the Frequency of Awakening team through organization, communication, and day-to-day coordination. She ensures the details are handled with care so the larger work can move smoothly and the field stays clear.

COORDINATOR | MEN’S GROUP

Lawrence supports the men’s group by helping organize and hold space for participants. His grounded presence and care ensure the container runs smoothly and flows with ease.

BREATHWORK GUIDE | SUPPORT

Sean brings extensive training in breathwork to the team, guiding sessions that support release and reset. He also supports events in a hands-on way, taking care of the heavy lifting and on-the-ground work.
